Just Follow This Path To Success...

STEP 1: Letter Of Intent
At no costs to you, enter into a Letter of Intent that provides you the right to reserve a lot for thirty (30) days. Within the 30-day period you will meet with the builder to discuss designing your plans, arrange your project financials with a lender, and satisfy your wants and needs.

STEP 2: Agreement of Sale
Once you are generally satisfied in your building design, arranged financing, read and understand your rights and obligation under the owners association, you enter into an Agreement of Sale where you may customize your plans, and establish a construction start date.

STEP 3: Plan For Success!
Plan your permanent residence/weekend home, a new start-up or existing business/service wanting this style and exposure, or as an investment.

We are looking for home owners and middle, to high-end specialty stores/services common to a mountain golf resort. All business buyers will disclose their use and type of business at the time of entering into the Letter of Intent.
